Donkey Punch – Middle Class

When you hear the words Donkey Punch, your brain probably automatically starts to think of punching some whore in the back of the head right before you ejaculate inside her tight little butt-hole so that the orgasm will be very pleasing for you. On the other hand, you could be thinking of the 2008 British film “Donkey Punch” where some travelers get their shit turned upside in Spain, not in a good way either. Either way, one makes more sense than the other and does play a part in this review and the band. Donkey Punch, stalking the streets of Paris, France is a four-piece hardcore/powerviolence outfit that can’t be compared to the film mentioned above but they can be described as the tightening of the anal cavity to make you shoot massive amounts of pleasure-goo. Releasing their debut demo back in 2009, titled the most appropriate, much needed, “Virgin”, these guys have been creating hail storms with their new release and first EP titled “Middle Class”.

“Middle Class” dedicates itself to understand that you don’t have to take yourself too seriously in the sense of music to create a following and have a blast while doing it. I’m not calling this record cheap, unworthy or uninteresting by no means but with a name like Donkey Punch, you can understand that the band loves to mess around outside of recording. The second track on the record, “Never Enough” proves to me that that these guys are here to stay, take the helm of whatever they want and command this ship into a new world for French hardcore/powerviolence. This track also makes me want to destroy and burn down my whole city just out of spite and that I probably could if I was smart enough, sneaky enough and preferably Asian.

In the first section of this review, I mentioned something along the lines of comparing Donkey Punch to the anal sex action that you can do to any little lady friend right before you explode deep inside of her, that statement still stands true. “Middle Class” is very similar to what it would feel like after the donkey punch you feed that skank-whore before destroying her insides. For most of us, even though us guys hate to admit it, if you actually get the privilege to take part in any form of that pleasure in the back side, you won’t last long. The tracks “Khaled Kelkal” and “Get Over it” are very much the tracks that are over quick but you feel very accomplished yet tired after hearing them. “Khaled Kelkal” has this mid-section part about fifteen seconds in where things get very serious with a scream while “Get Over it” is only a seven second mind-fuck that takes no prisoners. Quick and fast, people. It’s in, out and over as quick as your wife wants it to be so she can go have fun with her big black friend that does things everything better than you in all the right ways.

So, the final verdict consist of you checking out this record because if you love to donkey punch whomever you may be getting dirty in the sheets with, this release is for you. Also, Donkey Punch should be making a ton of more noise than they are and you’ll hear more about these guys in the near future, hopefully. Again, if you want something that has similar traits to anal sex and you feeling as good as ever after a record, you might wanna peek in on “Middle Class” before that big black friend of your wife’s comes in to take it away just like he did your beautiful, milky, innocent wife.
